Since all of our products are digital and cannot be returned and exchanged. We do our best to help you get your purchase up and running.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, and refund unless for the following situations (subject to our 30-day refund window):

-You purchased the same product twice, accidentally. We will gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just Contact Us

-There is a technical issue with the product.

 First, you should contact the Shop Owner with specific information about the technical issue. Maybe provide a screenshot. 

If the seller not able the solve the issue, please contact us.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

• You no longer need the purchased product.
• You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
• You don’t have enough expertise to use the product.
• You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) or the required software version to open and edit the product.
• You bought a product accidentally, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
• You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but you are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. 
• Your item purchase was made over 30 days ago.
